Abstract
Transformative learning is critical for developing medical student characters. The ultimate goal is to transform the student characters leading to lifelong happiness and work success. This study examined the effects of applying Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University Transformative Learning (NUTL) approach to develop medical student characters (emotional intelligence and mindfulness).
